Shipping policy

At BLESSED, we aim to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible. By placing an order with us, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

All orders are processed within a standard handling timeframe. Processing times may vary due to order volume, product availability, or during peak periods such as new drops, sales, or public holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are not considered shipped until they have been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are dependent on the selected shipping method and the carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

BLESSED is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier service delays
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Weather events, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure someone is available to receive the package where required.

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order. BLESSED is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, BLESSED is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds. 

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. By placing an order with BLESSED, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy.
