At BLESSED, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, including but not limited to incorrect sizing, ordering the wrong item, or personal preference. Please ensure you carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and your order details before completing your purchase.
Returns or refunds will only be considered if,
- The item received is faulty or defective;
- The item arrives damaged;
- An incorrect item was sent; or
- Another valid reason is provided and approved by our team. If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. To submit a request, please provide:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos or evidence of the fault or problem (where applicable)
All requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of a return, refund, replacement, or store credit is at the discretion of BLESSED, unless otherwise required under applicable consumer law.
